The Core Message /About Omoneca
I don’t hand out superficial corporate band-aids. When an organization is hit by deep cultural fallout, systemic friction, or high-stakes compliance crises, I get directly into the middle of the chaos to protect the people inside and design realistic systems to fix the underlying foundation.
My approach isn't learned from a standard corporate textbook, it was forged through real-world survival, frontline crisis advocacy, and elite athletic competition.
As a former foster youth, I learned exactly how to navigate broken state systems by living through them long before I ever studied them. As a 2008 NCAA Indoor National Champion triple jumper, 4-time All-American, and Billie Jean King Award recipient, I mastered the art of staying perfectly calm, processing intense pressure, and executing under fire.
The Superpower: Empathy Meets Structural Defense
I build defense systems for the communities and individuals who need them most. By fusing the deep human empathy of my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a fierce, innate understanding of systemic accountability, I build bridges where broken systems try to erect walls.
Many believe they need a legal degree to challenge institutional corruption. I proved otherwise. Before even stepping foot into my Master of Legal Studies (MLS) program at Pepperdine University, I successfully dismantled administrative blockades, exposed statutory non-compliance, and forced institutional accountability on behalf of those left unprotected by the system. I am not entering the legal field to find my voice, I am entering it to scale the defense systems I am already building in the real world.
